I promised myself I'd quit buying these. (Along with the $0.17 for a 100 of the ¼ nuts, carriage bolts, and washers. Lol.)

I'm at the point now where it's less expensive to crush these up to add to steep ramps for traction in wet weather lol.

The 5/8" arbor version is similarly priced from HD.

I've never found DeWalt grinding wheels to offer better life or performance than the cheap ones form Harbor Freight. This is not a very good deal.

I mean, sure, when you need to just pick something up for a quick project when you are at Lowes, pay a couple bucks for one 'cause it's easy. But ordering these form Amazon? No.

Lately I've become a fan of Benchmark Abrasives [benchmarkabrasives.com]. They last a bit better and cut longer than the cheapies (like these overpriced DeWalt), while costing quite a bit less. They don't hold up like those $10 wheels [lowes.com], but you come out way ahead. If you care enough to order your grinding wheels online, it's a pretty good option. They have a pack of flap discs sometimes that they say is free. [benchmarkabrasives.com]

The one you posted is a 4-inch disc, not a 4 1\2, which is the one in this post.
