I bought this pool earlier in July for $549. I saw it in store today for $400. They gave me a price adjustment. Great deal at $400 if you can find it. YMMV. Link is for reference only.

I've owned this for about a year. Overall solid and insane deal at this price. I've had a couple of issues but warranty support is excellent.

one of my metal support tubes broke due to pressure (due to not being leveled), do you think they can help with a replacement?

I'd contact them and find out. They were pretty helpful with me.

Could I ask what issues? Just purchased one and already detected a small leak, going to patch it tomorrow and see how it holds up. Do not want to take everything apart to return to the store for another one.

My liner has been perfect. I've had two issues.

1) The sand filter housing developed a small crack. Replaced under warranty.

2) My ladder had some pretty bad rust and the frame had some light surface rust. They sent me a new ladder and frame under warranty. I'm not planning on taking down the frame for a while.

The interesting part is I only submitted a claim for the ladder and they followed up asking about the frame. This is why I am so happy about the customer service.

I should add the solar heater basically does nothing. Maybe someone has a different experience.

Also one more thing, this pool needs to be really level. I also put a layer of heavy duty landscape fabric and bought a special pool mat off Amazon under the pool. I highly recommend doing this when installing.

I just called my local Costco to check on this one - and they had 5 on hand but it's $499.97. Great deal at $400 if you can find it! (although... i could take the gamble.. buy it... and see if they reduce within the 30 day period and get the price adjustment too... hmmmm.... let me find my measuring tape...)

Can you share the link for the landscape fabric and pool mat you purchased? This will be a new experience for me and I'd love any tips I can get. Could I put it on concrete with the right barriers between the pool and the concrete?

This is similar to the one I bought. They don't sell the exact one anymore. I believe concrete is the preferred surface to put it on so you won't need the landscape fabric.

I put mine on concrete last night and not sure if by moving the liner around to the position we wanted that may have caused the leak, or the liner was compromised. Either way - patched up one hole this morning and then now I see more wet spots on the other side but I can not find the "holes", so going to see how much water loss it is once it's filled up.

May call customer service to see if they could help. First time doing this so it's been frustrating hoping things would be smooth sailing from all the YouTube videos 😆
