They appear to be using Google Analytics to collect anonymized data. In addition, they collect Apache Webserver logs.
As seems to be the case with most US-based services, the Terms of Service is full of legalese protecting the company from liability and binding the user to the terms of the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act).
It would be helpful if the company provided more details on the data it collects, including how long it retains such data. This is particularly important in light of where the company is based.
Based in the US (bad privacy jurisdiction).

Hello - please refer to the following Torguard blog entry regarding this issue:
https://blog.torguard.net/why-tor...s-servers/ [torguard.net]
Note that the block only applies to our US based servers - all non-US based server ranges are still fine for this purpose.
Kind regards
I've had best luck w qBitTorrent - I think I'm still on some version around 4.3.

1) You get the Google One VPN included for "free" with the annual storage plan. I have the $20/year plan and get the Google One VPN for free. That works very well for me to start the blackout stream then kill the VPN to get potentially faster bandwidth.
2) Windscribe VPN. On the free tier you get 10GB per month. They have a good app for the Nvidia Shield which is often what I use to watch mlb.tv. I start the Windscribe app, connect to VPN, start the mlb stream, go back to Windscribe and kill the VPN, and go back to mlb.tv and keep watching the game. This has used less than 10% of my free 10GB/month and has been pretty flawless.

My media server is running UnRaid, and all the *arr's are using ssl and been working great. I have a gigabit connection and limit the NZB manager to 80Mb/s when downloading. Is this going to be a bottleneck if i start routing through torguard.
I haven't run into any blackouts while streaming or anything like that, worth getting the more expensive plan over the basic one?
Also, am i understanding this correctly that the 70% carries on past just your initial purchase? So the triyear would be $117 forever or just the first purchase?I
