Yes, I've demanded it back from them but it's never an easy feat. I've also reported them to my state for sale tax fraud. Nothing ever changes.

I haven't, some other person on SD did and gave the name. I just followed up by asking for a quote. The other guy says they have a full composition analysis done for every batch. I'm planning to buy from Bongards next time my $200 ten pound bag of NOW isolate runs out that I bought when no protein was on sale.
