This really is a fantastic movie. I remember in 2021 when MLB did that Field of Dreams game this movie sold out everywhere and was going for mega bucks on eBay. I held onto my copy and love it.

I was fortunate enough to visit the site about 7 or 8 years ago, and it was such a surreal moment. There were kids playing pickup baseball, people were chasing balls down in the cornfields, and it was free to just walk around on a summer day with barely a crowd. Now, it's commercialized and has lost all of its luster. Baseball is the greatest sport that relies on individual performance. The game has evolved, and I'm not mad at all about it - the competition gets better every year, and the two best players right now are from Japan and Venezuela. It's the greatest sport!

I use to watch this as a kid when I was like 6.. Would put me to sleep cause of how long it was lol.

Pretty good movie. I'd probably still fall asleep though lol.. Its good just not that good
