I only need the carry on for my daughter but for this price I ordered. Will figure out a use for the 28 inches one.

It should be Polycarbonate based on the confirmation from the seller in the question on Amazon :

Q: The description says polycarbonate, but the features say abs ..which is it and does it have a tsa lock?

A: This particular color is made of polycarbonate, not ABS. Doesn't have TSA lock.

I really was tempted by this, especially being polycarbonate, but those wheels seem really breakable because of how much they stick out. Searching the reviews seems to confirm the wheels are a weak point.

Make a 2-piece set 20 + 24 or 26 (not 28!), pc and with TSA lock... and under $100 if it's not too much to ask.
