    I have this in my system right now. I upgraded from an old r3 2200 to a r5 5500 running on a cheap 430w PSU. At 1080p it runs everything at high or ultra. Truly an awesome little card. And, it only requires a a single 8 pin power cable.

    Is it just me or have the GPU deals been getting better lately? Perhaps the market has shifted. This is a great deal, PowerColor although it seems to be lower tier than the other big brands, makes good stuff.

    I'm getting ready to build a budget gaming pc. This is tempting, but i live near a micro center and they have an Asrock 6650 xt for $230. I'm going to pair it with the new 5600x3d (only at microcenter). To me, this is a great value at the ~$200ish range for a gpu that anyone can get there hands on.

    The way I read Techspot, this is the best card dollar for dollar. At 230, it is pretty consistently second in 4K and 1440p. At this price, it blows the previous first out of the water.

    My thoughts are informed by the links below, where Techspot does the analysis of average FPS per dollar. My contention isn't that it is the best card, the $2000 4090 is probably that. But dollar per frame, the 6600 is hard to beat.

    A solid second option, if you can afford to wait, is for the 7600 to drop to 230....20% more frames in 1440p at the same price per frame.
