Those ambivalent towards the antiviral qualities can pick up plain Ultrasoft for less at regular price

You can rub your own orange juice and soap on your nose to the kill the viruses

Legit question. What does antiviral do for me? I plan on throwing them away after use. My hands don't touch the snot. And if they do, I wash my hands.

Also, all of the antiviral cleaners require the surface to be wet for 10 minutes to kill the virus.

I find the antiviral coating or ingredient in these to make them less absorbent of mucus and that makes the chance of it getting on your hands and transferring it greater.

I'm all for technology that prevents the spread of germs, but let's be honest, is this really adding anything if you already practice good hygiene during cold/flu season? If you wash your hands or use hand sanitizer after cleaning up snot, any 2-ply tissue should do the job. Per sheet, you're looking at 1.97¢ with these. Generic tissues can be had for close to 1.1¢ per sheet and go in the trash just the same. If you want smaller boxes for the car and a thicker tissue, I guess it's an ok deal, but don't buy it for the anti-viral dots (citric acid and SLS).
