lol, yeah our laptop developed a big black circle in the corner of the screen. They would not cover under warranty, said laptop was damaged by us. Horrible experience with their customer service, and literally no driver or bios support. Will not buy another samsung laptop.

Picked one up (fair condition for $480) but meh. It looks slick and slim but can't power two 4k monitors.

I know it might be because of some compatibility issues with my dock but I will just stick to my Gram which has no issues extending to the two 4K monitors.

Returning it.

I have one and actually really like it, but if I'm watching anything on it then I use headphones. The speakers are downward facing, and the volume is really low, so shows and TV are barely audible at times.

Great laptop, poor screen protection/design. Laptop was closed and slipped from a vertical position to horizontal while charging which cracked the screen from left to right. Folks have reported a similar crack from simply opening the laptop.

Would I buy again: No

The clamshells of these laptops were poorly engineered and the Internet is flooded with reports of users' screens cracking from just opening and closing the laptop. I was eyewitness to a friend's laptop that broke this way. His laptop was on a riser stand docked on his desk. He closed his laptop and we came back about an hour later to find a horizontal crack across the entire panel. He got his replaced under warranty after being denied for a month and escalating the issue. They finally admitted that it's a defect they were aware of and replaced it. He immediately sold it and got an LG Gram.

I love mine. The touchscreen and size are awesome for travel. Scared about the faulty screen potential. Might add a screen protector to reinforce the screen

I wonder if this is the same screen as the Duet 5. That panel is supposedly made by Samsung, with these specs.

Have the first gen bought back couple years ago (deal with earphone for $680). Laptop is awesome, as long as you don't crack the screen.

The integrated graphics in AMDs recent laptop CPUs are pretty damn good

I have one of these and I purchased back in February. No issues with a cracked screen, but then again I'm not some of those that whip it open or slam it shut. If you're that rough on stuff then get you a Panasonic Toughbook.

I like the slim form and actually came from last year's Galaxy book pro 360 and can't tell the difference going from 4K to this one.

I never tried to push two 4K monitors but I do have a 49" ultra wide and works just fine with it and use my Lenovo ThinkPad dock to push it.

Would I buy again, yes.

My son is an Apple fan but for school he decided against the Mac book pro and I bought this one instead.The picture is stunning,a year later it's still going strong.He is careful with it ,but still carries it around from class to class.
