Nope, it's better than the previous gen. I have both and the n30 is much better. Louder speakers and 120hz to name a few.

US based Carriers require phone companies to not sell dual SIM phones in US, at all. So you won't find a major brand phone with dual SIM. You will have to buy one from another country
