Sad that they have to label it, "ready to assemble" because they know clowns exist who won't read "assembly required" and leave negative reviews that they had to assemble it.

In 2019 I bought this for $59 + pickup at Home Depot. It was even better with caster wheels, an outlet strip, and pegboard. You can find it in the search bar. That's crazy how much a fed induced inflation as allowed companies to price gouge astronomically. I guess if you need it buy it but thank god I invested ahead of time

If true, whatever you bought was probably on highly reduced clearance, whereas this is just a special buy price. The price difference is due to the amount of discount and has little to do with inflation whether you believe it is "fed induced" or a worldwide result of the economic impacts of the pandemic.

Overpriced, but thanks for posting. I bought a similar product for $99 a few years ago. Never use the peg board if you want to roll around, everything moves around too much.

Personally, I feel there's a distinction between nut-and-bolt type assembly from flat-pack pieces (whether done by me or the manufacturer), vs welded, permanent construction. Both in terms of implied durability and aesthetics (no bolt heads showing on the exterior.) I've owned both.

I am thinking … add a glowing Marquis up top, a vertical screen from FB marketplace (easily mounted with the pegboard), and a Legends Gamer Pro control pad and a mini-fridge inside. Maybe some kind of angled side-walls to complete the look, and casters. Ultimate Husky-themed garage-cade.

Dang, wish this had more cabinets. In the market for something like this for small tools and crafts storage with a worktop but need more storage area.
