Refurbished in title would help. Otherwise great price for this product. I've installed quite a few ring products over the years, and most are very happy with them as they are reliable. Yes, you must pay a monthly fee for storage on this brand.

I bought a refurb Pro model off Woot in the last sale (maybe ~2 weeks ago?) and it seems to work fine. Although the packaging looked slightly used, the floodlight itself looks brand new. Pretty happy with the purchase

I bought the woot deal as well. Packaging seemed brand new but the floodlight was dead on arrival. Ring replaced the unit with a brand new one within days and everything is working great.

this is a very good deal assuming they come in working condition. i've tried other floodlights and i've yet to see one that has the brightness that these offer and the capability of the Ring/Amazon system combined.

I'm guessing these will be covered under the Ring Protect Subscription in case it breaks? I have the old model and was thinking about upgrading to this one and it seems like a good price.

What would be a good floodlight w/ camera that does not require fee for storage?

There was discussion in last thread but no conclusion. It comes with 90 days woot warranty, which is different than if you buy a refurbished product from ring.

Ring language states that it is covered if it was purchased under warranty.

It's exactly what I'm doing…upgrading from the 1st version and less than $100 is worth the upgrade when there aren't a lot of new features in the Pro
