Exactly, 3 parts Non-iodized Salt and 1 part baking soda.
You're much better off making your own jar of this stuff once you use up the 30 packets.

Also my wife who uses this stuff, prefers the squeze bottle over the cute pot.
On the squeze bottle they tell you: "replace every 3 months"

Like the expiration dates, this is another revenue generator. Her bottle is 8 years old..... and fine. Clean it and keep it sanitary and it'll last for ages.

She uses boiled tap water for 8yrs btw.

3.15 after tax and 15% off. Hopefully it does not go out of stock and not ship with S&S.

According to the camel, it is great price.

Anyone know if saline packets expire? Would be good to buy this ahead of winter but would need to know the shelf life

They have an date printed on them, but honestly all they are is just salt and baking soda. I'd have no problem using them past the date. But that's up to you.

Thx I'm a big fan of Neti Pot and it's great to flush out for allergies as well as cold/flu. This is an improvement over my current one with the nicer tip and a cap so water wont spill out. I use a mix of my RO faucet water and Zojurishi warm water to my desire temp as I don't trust the tap water for this purpose.

I boil tap water with an electric kettle and let it cool down before mixing.
FYI this should be FSA eligible.

I usually just used bottled water. Purified drinking water and I have not had any problems. I prefer the squeeze bottle over the pot though
