The managers clearance ends in 00. The .97 indicates it's a corporate clearance (price is set by corporate and should be that price at all stores unless a manager has marked it even lower). It's been this price or lower for some time now. None of the Costco stores near me have any left as they've all been this price for a while or had a manager mark down to 1200 or so.

Are they getting more in stock or something? Just seems strange to have another sale long after c3 has come out and these have already been on clearance and supposedly sold out.

I keep seeing comments these have been this price or lower for months. But many were demo, or one off mark downs. Our area has a stockpile of them and they have held firm at 1699 until the 10th. Ironically of the 5 stores I have been in over the last week. All had stock, all were 1699 across a few states. I do wonder if they got more in.

Keep checking those stores. If they run out of room I bet they mark them waaaaay down to clear them out quickly. I live near 4-5 Costco stores and they were basically sold out when it was 1497. If they marked them lower when the c3 model came in they were gone before I saw them. There one day and gone the next.

Some people were getting them under $1000. I got mine for $1200 ~4 weeks ago. There was a display model (~3700 hours) in Folsom for $1200.

In my local Costco , it's 1499. Is that a good price to buy ? Looks like it's on clearance but price is just 10 percent off.

Exactly what happened to me and why I bought at 1499. Few hundred more then buy dig. But better warranty, physical store, 90 day returns. If the price drops any lower we can return and pick up any other deal.

I just went to my Costco and it was $1699.97. Thought it would be a better deal but it wasn't the clearance price I was looking for.

Which state Costco ? When I called Costco , they told me this price but when I asked them to double check they said it's 1499.97. recent price was 1699.99 and so I thought it can't be 1699.97.

It was this price at Walmart.com yesterday. Saw it before leaving for a flight.
Got to Hawaii and it's back up to $16xx.
