If you are drinking more than one of them a day you are asking for trouble. I drank them (via sip club) when they first came out before I realized how much sugar, caffeine and calories are in them. They truly are an abomination in a cup. Mtn Dew is a healthy alternative to these when comparing the nutrition, that should tell you everything you need to know about the charged lemonades.

Been trying it out this summer.

One odd things that friends and I have noticed is that some of the cold drinks frequently appear sold out on the app. Usually it's not true. Just order a basic soft drink; they provide an empty cup.

No. However if you are on Sip Club, Panera has been offering an extra Panera discount that can only be used on that specific Saturday (like $2 off a item, $5 off $25, etc)

I have been a member since they introduced this in late 2019/early 2020 and their coffee grew on me - I used to drink Starbucks for 20 years prior to that. Most stores now have kiosks, so no need to even talk to fellow humans before your first cup of coffee in the morning Smilie.

I like the papaya green tea now for my go to drink
