The warranty is 18 months. You aren't entitled to an extra month of warranty. You requested an exception, and they have the right to say no.

I've seen a few videos showing you get ~85% efficiency for lower wattage applications, but that's not really that big of a deal since I'm not going to be using it daily to recharge an iPhone. There's other options out there for that.

Side note, Anker would make a killing if they set these up to run CPAPS, or had a dc out other than usb.

Hmm how useful is this? Looks like a nice device, but not sure how useful it would be for me. Obviously not going to bring this to travel because too bulky…

Can find a wall charger at most places now a days, and macbook batteries last forever
