DTO [directtoolsoutlet.com] is currently running their "dog days of summer" sale for 40% off almost everything. This sale will last until July 9th end of day EST.
(
Note, since it's early in the sale, you may need to click on the product page to see the 40% discount reflected. Discount will not apply to Final Price items.)
With the recent sale for 50% off almost everything, this sale doesn't match that, but that was more of a one-time event and the very first time DTO had ever done an online sitewide sale for that amount. In general though, 40% is still very good as a sitewide sale, in particular for
factory blemished products (like new, full manufacturer's warranty). DTO is also selling
factory reconditioned products (refurbished, 1 year warranty by seller). Reconditioned will have a burned-in "recon" branding on the tool and generally may not be packed as well in shipping.
If you're new to direct tools outlet, it's recommended that you purchase only "blemished" products as these will be like-new and provide the best experiences. For those with more of a risk-appetite, the "reconditioned" tools tend to be at a slightly higher discount with the caveat that they're refurb and shipped possibly in looser packaging. Also if you're willing to wait a few weeks, "reconditioned"/refurb sales can go as high as up to 50% with regularity.
Shipping is the usual 14.99 flat-rate for your entire order. So to save the most on shipping costs, it's best to bundle as many items that you want into one order.
Here's some of my suggestions and personal commentary:
(If you've seen some of my other DTO posts, some of these are repeats. But why should I rewrite things if what I wrote was valid and good back then and they still are now
Anyhow the best information is usually in the comments from you guys.)
For those who just acquired their EZClean power cleaner from Home Depot's sale, here's a chance to pick up on those useful accessories:

I am certainly a fan of universal attachment for string trimmer power heads. Ryobi's brand is called expand-it, which you can find here at:
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com...=expand-it
An attachment capable string trimmer, this 18V brushless one includes a 4Ah battery and charger.
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com.../P20110VNM $95.99
Pressure washers were pretty popular the last time this sale was going on.
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com...%20washers
One particular accessory for the pressure washer is the 5-in-1 nozzle. Can't find this anywhere else selling for less than $40, yet here it is on sale for just under $6.
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com.../310448028 $5.99
The RYOBI 40V VAC ATTACK Leaf Vacuum Kit is an interesting purchase as it includes a 40V 5Ah battery. If you value 40V 1Ah @ $20/Ah then that battery alone is worth $100 of the kit's value. You're essentially getting a charger and Leaf Vacuum tool for $20.
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com...RY40451VNM $119.99
Along the same idea in which if you need a 40V 4Ah battery, which I would value at around $80, then you can get a whisper series brushless leaf blower tool for only an additional $28. 550 CFM, 125 MPH.
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com...RY40470VNM $107.99
An 18V 3000 lumen led spotlight by Ryobi for $30, not too shabby. (
+62 FP)
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com...ct/PCL661B $29.99
I remember when the handheld vacuum for $12 was a front page deal. Here's the updated model that is compatible with 1-1/4 in. accessories instead of a proprietary connector for just $3 more.
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com...ct/PCL705B $14.99
Not a bad price for their 18V ONE+ 6 gal wet/dry vacuum considering you'll be getting a 4Ah battery as well.
Prior FP deal for $129.
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com/product/P770KN $77.99
This dual function inflator/deflator is very popular product here.
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com/product/P747 $35.99
The high-end Ryobi brushless tools, 6 tool set, quality set that I haven't seen lower pricing yet.
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com...t/PSBCK06K $251.99
This is an interesting new lawn product. A 18V One+ compact cultivator for only $60. Sells for $119 at Home Depot. Quite a discount.
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com...2909BTLVNM $59.99
With summertime and spending more time outdoors, you may want this bug zapper / lantern.
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com...9014BTLVNM $47.99
A couple of Ridgid tools have returned which might be a good thing for those who are a fan of their tools (and
LSA [ridgidpower.com]):
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com/product/R8711B $65.99 18V SubCompact Brushless 1/2" Hammer Drill/Driver
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com/product/R8694B $20.99 18V LED Torch Light
Hart, a brand that's relatively new to the DTO online sales has several new products available as well. In particular, they have
folding hand carts [directtoolsoutlet.com] $17.99,
platform carts [directtoolsoutlet.com] $26.99,
furniture dollies [directtoolsoutlet.com] $14.99 NLA For Shipping,
safety vests [directtoolsoutlet.com] $7.79 in addition to their usual power tools available. See more Hart at:

Guy at the store said to try scanning it anyways. Turns out it was on sale in store, but not on the website.

I had three (3) FB options, one being a combo kit of three tools. This and recent sales have been just a heaping pile of disappointment. I have a 14-tool collection of Ridgid tools and their offerings have basically dried up. I will not purchase factory-reconditioned tools/batteries due to the lack of a warranty and not knowing how the tool was taken care of by the previous owner. I will not touch Ryobi as I need quality, rugged tools. Homeowner-grade crap tools will not suffice.
What have you used from ryobi that has broken down on you?
The folks at DTO CS were very helpful and did the best they could from Their end.
Dealing with FedEx is hell and their CS is completely worthless and frustrating.
The package did randomly show up 3 months later, all beat to crap and covered in all kind of shipping labels. I contacted DTO and said I'd send it back if they'd give me a shipping label and they told me to keep it.
Usually don't have a issue with DTO shipping but this time it's a bit slow. I picked up a pressure washer during the last big sale. After 3-4 days I got a message that they had shipped the item. Checked FedEx tracking and it showed label created. Took 8 days before there was another update. Now shows in transit 12 days after purchase. It's a huge item and was a killer price so a slower shipping speed is expected. Hopefully it's not damaged when it shows up. FedEx has destroyed multiple TVs of mine while in transit.
