and unless you have a trained eye, it may be difficult to tell if it's legit without opening it and testing it... but once you open it, you lose some of the "trust" that it's a sealed package and less likely to swapped. a bit of a catch-22.
Though it's "non-refundable", that doesn't mean if it's counterfeit or if there's a lawsuit. They're also not selling it for $15 like the one you linked, which I also assume this one would come with a certificate, serial number, etc or something to validate authenticity.
