How much time did they take since receiving your phone to accept the trade in? Will they apply the monthly credit retroactively?
I am still waiting for them to accept my trade in. Been a couple of weeks since they received it.
My trades in were processed pretty quick, I would contact Assurant over twitter to check the status (link below). Also yes the credit was retroactive to the purchase date.
Best bang-for-the-buck strategy if you really want to get in on this is to buy the A14 from Metro for $40 then trade in to Xfinity for $600 towards your iPhone choice

Does xfinity uses eSim? I am looking to trade in my wife's old phone to get a new one for myself but port in her number. If I do that, will I lose the trade in credit? TIA
I need 2 new lines - can trade in 2 phones - and looking to get on $30 unlimited (which is 20GB/month really) plan - will this work with trade-ins of Samsung A14

Interesting, I am looking to get iPhone, 2 lines and this might work?

Yes, they use eSIM. Before the 14 came out they would use physical sims in phones that had eSIM but since then even 13s come with eSIM from them. The new phone will have the ported in number. Your plan is unlikely to work.

Message them over twitter you should get a resolution and response much faster I did this a couple years ago when I had a trade in issue.

I happen to have a Motorola Moto E, out of curiosity I put in the trade in info, results were... "Get $1.00 mailed to you"

(I am already a xfinity internet customer)
And should I make appointment with the local store to pick out the phones or better for online ?
