When I was in high school in 2000 I wanted these so bad I begged my mom practically everyday. She got me these for my birthday one year, she must've paid over $100 back then. I'm older now and can't fathom paying $180 for mediocre sneakers. Moral of the story is always check SD for deals and never pay MSRP. Thanks mom love you.

I love airmaxes but i will never buy another pair again, the bubbles always pop within 6 months and nike NEVER honors their warranty had 3 pairs not gunna get a 4th
Nike shoes are pieces of crap... And so is the company. I'll never buy Nike again if I can help it. The last pair I bought squeaked on my right foot. I wore them for a few days thinking it may go away with a little break in.... I eventually sent them back to Nike for a replacement pair and they sent my same shoes back, telling me there was nothing wrong with them.... I only wear them to cut grass and stuff in BECAUSE THEY STILL SQUEAK. I already hate what they stand for, but now I have another reason to never buy their brand again.

I too wanted these but I knew we couldn't afford it. It's a really weird feeling. Also got the recent air max 90 deal (never had those either) and it's honestly like two gifts; one as cool shoes for you now and one for yourself in the past.

Thanks for bringing politics into it. I'm sure Nike is gonna be devastated by losing your business. I'm sure you gave up Bud Light too....
Had the silver bullets with the red logo in college. Miss those. People said they could see my '97s coming down the road at night when walking to house parties.
