What is the right emotion... I think disgust is right. At my local store, the potato chips were "on sale" for 2 for $8. WTF?! NO! F-YOU! Does Frito-Lay expect me to think nice thoughts about their company? NO!

And what is this so-called "offer"? Fifty ounces for just short of $18. On April 15, I hooked an "okay" deal with Walmart for 25 bags of 2 oz of chips (same as here) for $13.48.

The price of ingredients has not changed much. The snack companies can set their prices as they wish. Why not twenty dollars a bag?! Why not ten thousand?! If only one percent keeps buying, that is still a a gain!

I have a consumer deep fryer and have used it for chicken, fries, corn chips, and a couple times potato chips. It takes some of my time, but Frito-Lay has declared war and I will oppose the bastards.
