For those who will ask for returning AppleCare.
Both Costco and Apple reject my return request last week. Tried apple care twice and all escalate to supervisor level, no luck. Wasted 3 hours on the phone, would not do it again.

It's a decent deal, but I'm thinking it's best to wait for the USB-C iPhone 15. My 12 has been a disappointment with random bugs and WiFi issues and I really want to get a new one.

Really don't understand Costco's shipping fee, sometimes they have deal for under $100 with free shipping, but these unlocked iPhone deals always have $7.99 shipping fee minimum regardless of the phone being shipped to your house or to a near local warehouse for pick up.

I have an iPhone 11 with no 5g. Does 5g even mean anything in this country in 2023? My wife supposedly has it on her iPhone 13 but most of the time that I have no reception, neither does she.

Yes it is, did it last week. If the first line rep give round about calling Costco, tell them Costco rep told to contact Apple support. If the Apple rep still doesn't budge then ask for supervisor. If that also doesn't work then hang up, call and repeat the spiel.
