For those who will ask for returning AppleCare.
Both Costco and Apple reject my return request last week. Tried apple care twice and all escalate to supervisor level, no luck. Wasted 3 hours on the phone, would not do it again.

It's a decent deal, but I'm thinking it's best to wait for the USB-C iPhone 15. My 12 has been a disappointment with random bugs and WiFi issues and I really want to get a new one.

Really don't understand Costco's shipping fee, sometimes they have deal for under $100 with free shipping, but these unlocked iPhone deals always have $7.99 shipping fee minimum regardless of the phone being shipped to your house or to a near local warehouse for pick up.

In store Costco does not sell unlocked phones. Unlocked phone sales have been always online only.

I do not usually comment, but Cisco sort of screwed me on the 4th of July Pro deal. Cancelled my order and claimed it was a credit card problem. Turned out the problem was they did not want to ship it to my house. I reordered it and after several days discovered that they were out of that phone. YMMV

Yep, I've had more issues with my 12 than any other iPhone I've owned. The iPhone X was probably the best and most long-lasting one I had. I've found that turning off the "Limit IP address tracking" feature fixes a lot of the Wi-Fi issues. I use a separate DNS service for ad blocking anyway. (nextdns.io)
