This is one of the best soundbar i hv ever used…i use this as my home theater very low key space occupied but fills the room with dolby atmos crazily…the theater room is closed at 20/30 volume without windows feels like theater sound

I solved the disconnect issue with my surround/backspeakers. My Asus ET12 router uses a combined 2.4+5GHz network. Splitting them into two seperate networks (different names, too) and only connecting to the 2.4GHz with the soundbar removed all my issues. 🙂 Awesome soundbar!
Hmmm, this is impossible for us using the Google mesh Wi-Fi system. Google wifi doesn't allow for network splitting by band.

Anyone else on here with the 990B/C sound bar using it with Google mesh? One of my access points would be in the same room as the sound bar. I thought with the 990B people were saying not to put an access point or your router too close to the sound bar rear speakers else they would drop. Is that true or is my memory fuzzy?

I got the 10% after talking to the "expert chat" on the top right corner. You see this when you go to your cart. There is another chat option earlier on product page and was denied the discount there.

Not sure how reproducible is this but start the chat only when you have added the Soundbar and clicked on the cart. Hope this helps. I got is for $755 plus tax as well as 5% CB through discover.

You just leave it on 'Standard'. The system will recognize the feed and put out the native soundtrack automatically. All other sound modes will apply extra processing to the sound and you will not hear the native sound.

Managed to snag one with an added 10% off by talking to chat. Let them know I was on the fence due to the price and my wife not liking the idea. They dropped it 10% so $805 out the door including tax. This will replace our old Vizio S4251 (5.1.2) which is on it's last legs. I'm thinking this will be a great upgrade that will hopefully win her over.

Damn. Bought a brand new in box q990b a couple of weeks ago for $600 on OfferUp. $205 difference…worth it? I'm not sure it is…but this is an exceptional deal.

Anyone who's already ordered retroactively gotten a 10% discount/coupon applied? I just called them after it's delivered and they offered me a $50 credit on a future order, but nothing off on this one. Just curious if anyone has successfully managed that.
