Yep, I've had the same observation. I've installed a few manual Luxe bidets for family I got off Amazon for like $50 and also bought a $350 electronic bidet. The manual Luxe bidets from Amazon have crazy pressure, you can blast it to give yourself an enema if you want. The electronic one is okay but no where near the pressure of the manual bidets. I believe it's because the manual ones simply use the water pressure from your home's plumbing whereas the electronic bidets have to warm the water first then use a built in pump to spray you off. The built in pumps the electronic bidets use are normally not super powerful so weaker water pressure than your home's plumbing.

The electronic bidets I've read that have the most pressure is the bidebidet models BB2000 and older BB1000. The only issue is the customer support from biobidet has seem to gone downhill recently based on amazon/online reviews. Also, alot of people complain about their quality not up to par like Toto. I like the Toto K300 the most for an electronic bidet but their warranty is only 1 year and water pressure is just okay.

It appears that I'm the only person without an electrical plug by my toilet. I'll just stick with my basic non electric bidet.

We bought a intellisence bidet we got from Costco 15 years ago for less than $200. Very strong pressure and cleans very well. It works great but the plastic seat is beginning to crack. But I want equal pressure for sure.

TP is getting very expensive even at the wholesale clubs.

I bought round USPA one about 2 years ago from Costco. Now the slow close seat got tear at the hinge and now it no longer close slow. This is a proprietary size made by USPA so I guess I have to contact them to buy a replacement.

I bought the 6800 model 3 years ago. Worth every penny and at $200, they aren't asking for much.

No, these don't have enough pressure to completely replace toilet paper or even wet wipes. I am not sure what everyone is eating, or what kind of dietary habits they have that lets them get away with these bidet's but I am not very satisfied with these. They are nice like pre-wash but they only cause you to use more TP because they soak up all the moisture from your bottom on first wipe.

Manual bidets $25-$50, have much more pressure, I was surprised that $200 bidets even $350 Toto that I bought from Costco does not have enough pressure to give you a clean enough bidet experience. It's just me, but then again that's my observation.
What kinda nasty as* sh**ts you taking? Lol in any case I disagree, I've used Toto bidets in Japan and it completely replaced wet wipes and reduces toilet paper use dramatically. Perhaps this brand's has a weaker nozzle?

Bought this from Costco during the pandemic. Ended up buying 3 of them. Only problem I had so far was with the remote. Customer service replaced it for free and quickly. There are better models but not a this price. Even got it to work with Alexa by adding a small Zigbee to Infra Red converter to emulate the remote.

want something that could possibly eliminate your use of toilet paper. Try the LUXE Bidet NEO 320 or something similar to it.

The Bio Bidet is has the pressure of a pump sprayer, something like the LUXE NEO 320 has greatly less features but has the pressure of the sprayer nozzle on your garden hose.

Butt hair is a real issue, but I don't think it's the clinging that's the problem.
Not enough pressure means it doesn't clean around enough, it's hard to say and depends on how you are wiping.. Honestly most people don't realize they don't clean it well enough down there, which is why they have skid marks. Even getting past that some people think it's clean but they can get away with it because they figure if it's not stinking or making a mark, it is what it is.. Wrong. Honestly I invite everyone who use TP alone to wipe one last time with a wet wipe, or wet the TP and wipe again, they will most likely realize it wasn't as clean as they thought it was.

It's not a bad idea actually, these bidet companies could make a lot of money demonstrating these in costco, not with real people but with some non-working toilets and bidets over stretch film..

I agree, 20-25% is enough but it really depends on the pressure on your lines since manual bidets simply transfer the line pressure, vs electric ones use the pumps in there or something. Some of them like the 6800 does let you adjust the pressure or even add bubbles (aerator) but it's the problem that it's not very "direct" in my opinion, It even has back and forth motion like a tooth brush moving up and down, it's a nice experience but not nearly clean enough.

I think a lot of meat does that.. I am not sure man, I wish I knew.
Sometimes it's like wiping a marker. [youtube.com]
You can't tell me this never happened to you. Not to mention "I am done, wipe, clean get up, get ready to leave home, put shoes on and OOOOO I AM NOT DONE, GOTTA GO BACK"..

Wait, you guys actually use your hands? What do you do when you pull your pants up or flush, you use the same hands to touch all those things? Or you go to sink to wash your hands with your pants down? I am a bit confused. Honestly I thought some people did that but the purpose of bidet was so you don't really touch stuff back there. I mean if you are going into shower next, then it's fine, then you don't really need the whole bidet situation to begin with but hand-wash?

Biobidet BB2000? Got it.

BioBidet doesn't make the same quality stuff as Toto, it's visible. However, be careful, some totos on Amazon now come with plastic connectors vs metal on the biobidets.

I just wish these electronic bidets had option to by pass everything, like let me plug it off and run the city pressure directly on my bum, but won't work for some reason because it also uses power to retract the wands.
I have had a manual BioBidet for years. The connection is metal but everything else is plastic. I was looking at this because, I guess, winter is coming. Although I wonder with all this heat dome reporting. But yes, in winter, the water is cold. I can deal with it but not exactly pleasant. The pressure talk gives me pause though.

My bidet has five pressure settings which work as follows...

1 = Nothing. The pressure does not overcome the internal resistance of the valve.
2 = You are in business and the bidet is doing it's job to clean it up.
3 = Constipated? You now have a nozzle free enema for inside out clean.
4 = Power-washing your colon.
5 = Finger of God.

Which Bidet is this? Few other people mentioned bio Bidet didn't have enough pressure. Could be QC issue.
