This is one of those Best Buy Open-Box deal that is probably very YMMV.
Best Buy currently has the open-box MSI Stealth GS77 12ue-046 laptop for as low as $529.99 (for Open-Box - Fair condition). I don't follow Laptop price too closely, but a quick search on Slickdeals showed that this price is among the lowest price for a laptop that comes with a RTX 3060.
I did some quick research and it seems like the TDP for the RTX 3060 is 105W. Main complain about the laptop is the screen (45% ntsc and I haven't found any info on nits yet). Inside the laptop, there are 2 memory slots and 2 M.2 slot for SSD.

It depends.on the geeksquad person checking it in. I bought a windows pro earlier this year in fair condition. It had one little scratch and came with the charger. Another store had more scratches and no charger ๐คฆ๐พ โ๏ธ
Not that you'd know specifics but generally is it a specific store return?

The excellent look brand new with box. no major scratches. Battery on optimized settings from Asus gave me 9.5hours
The fair condition looked brand new with 1 minor scratch under the laptop. Everything else looked brand new. No box. Came with charger. Battery on optimized settings from Asus gave me 9.2 hours.
I ran both laptops on same settings with same software installed out of the box. Went from 100% to 0%.
I'm pretty satisfied with the Fair condition save $100ish with a little less battery life and a minor scratch under the laptop.
Side note.
When this deal was first posted on SD it was on sale for $900. Looks like its $850 now. The open box prices look like they went up a little bit since I bought the open box fair condition for $756.99.
