For those who care. This lock is ANSI grade 3 - Grade 3 is the minimal acceptable quality for residential door locks. For lock grade 3, the lock must be tested and able to handle 200,000 lock cycles, 2 door strikes and a 150-pound weight test. (2 strikes at 150 lbs isn't much).. The ANSI grade is usually a biggest factor in price (for those comparing to $200 grade 1 Schlage locks)

A rock through a window is much more likely than someone hacking your WiFi…. locks are meant to keep honest people honest. If someone really wants in, then no single deadbolt will stop them.

This is inconvenient without fingerprint scanner and door lock sensor.

Locks are for keeping honest people out. Unless you have bars on all of your windows, if someone is hell bent on breaking in, they will. If you're only speaking to longevity, then it is something to consider. Just my two cents.
Most thieves aren't hell bent on getting in. They'd prefer easy access. Just like ones who just walk around pulling on door handles to see who didn't lock their car door.

Old house here. Depending on the season my door has to be pulled slightly for the deadbolt to catch. 90% of the year it's fine and smooth. Any idea how this handles that type of situation. Really want a WiFi lock but always hesitant cuz of this. Currently using a Schlage keypad deadbolt that's 11 years old and it has a manual turn from the outside once the code is entered.

I bought this when it was around $85ish a couple of months ago. It has been solid, it's been 2 months and I'm still using the batteries it came with - app still says it's at full charge.

The only complaint I have is the "1 touch lock", you have to hold the button for ~5 seconds to lock it that way, my Kwikset you just needed to tap it and it was good to go.

Would recommend at this price.

Shein has this item for the same price $76.99, but they often give you some coupons, so the price will be cheaper. Seller is Eufy Official Store.

I have the finger print version and battery life is very good. I probably only charge it every couple of months. Pretty responsive with the app and home assistant compatible (using hacs)

Thanks. However, coupons don't apply to this. Rather stick with Amazon

I'm in the same boat here. I got the fingerprint version a while back and it does have a function in setup that allows it to adjust the deadbolt a bit to fit better. I still need to go in and just adjust the deadbolt hole I think though. Good luck!
