I absolutely regret buying this one - games and web surfing are fine, but something seems horribly wrong with streaming video - everything is comically dark (on multiple streaming services, even Apple TV+). For a $400-ish device you'd expect to be able to stream video properly.

Update: $379 deal is back at 2:30pm EST
returned the mini and have been hopping for a 7th gen refresh where apple doesn't screw customers over per usual. but tbh.. if apple doesn't put a promotion display in the 7th gen.. I wouldn't be surprised if apple just used the same display as the shitty 6th gen and just put one of their massively overstocked m1 chips in as the "upgrade" and keeps the storage at 64GB
