Hard to pass up at this price. I got one a year ago for 150
Was it refurbished? How do you like it? When you use it as a ups with the battery fully charged, does the fan come on? Does the ac adapter get really hot?

Buying another one. I thought about getting a larger capacity one and then selling the old one but I will just have 2 and rotate. Fan comes one but not loud

Bought one as well. Glad I didn't buy one yesterday at $143.
Seems like a good deal? Any way to limit the charge to 80 or 90% while the unit is plugged in? I know LiFe has longer cycle life than standard lithium, but still thinking that limiting charge will increase life expectancy. I'd like to get this as a battery backup for my modem, router, and IP cameras. Would probably just spend years plugged in with occasional use during power outages.

Wouldn't a regular computer UPS, the kinds with the lead acid batteries, work better for cheaper for this use case?

$150 for refurb or brand new??? What's the warranty on these?
