A high majority cannot lift even their own weight and the people who can prob are going to a nice gym or have a nice me bench already. So anyone under 300lbs is more than likely ok to buy this

keep in mind if you are new to buying benches, the capacity is not just for dumbells, or plates you will be lifting on this but you do need to add your own weight as well.

I can't speak for the quality of this bench but the 800 lb (71.99) one does decline. At least that is what it shows on amazons page.

looks like the color is just black. the models are FB139 and FB149 for the lower and higher priced ones respectively. 6 back/4 seat positions for FB139 and 7 back/3 seat for FB149 according to flybird website. i went for the latter just due to color, but don't expect to be maxing out the bench
