Those who travel professionally and have an image to uphold. I have seen it with my own two eyes on more than one occasion and it's weird, but some business people see a Tumi bag, they comment on it positively and give that person, usually a consultant, more trust.

I think consultants that go with backpacks are too casual, but that's just me.
