Here is a pretty detailed review of this knife from around 8 years ago...

I have a few of these knives. I wear one for work on a vest daily. It's not quality or a quick deploy really but the tool features are everything I want in a rescue knife. Haven't used the seatbelt cutter but the glass breaker is excellent for its price and knife itself is overbuilt and thick. Not the sharpest but gets it done

Part of me wants to get this just to cover all basis knowing that I'll never need it , and part of me is scared shitless that if I buy this it somehow increases the chances of something happening , as is the case in some weird way in life …

I have this knife, and use it as a last resort in my bunker coat. The sharpness/cutting ability is not the best. It is a heavy duty tool though, and the center punch works as expected. But I rarely use it as my go to for either purpose, and would recommend something smaller/more efficient, or even multiple tools.

Ok, so you cut the seatbelt first THEN smash the window ? That means you are doing it from inside the vehicle as in driver or passenger. So you have found yourself inside a sinking/sunk vehicle multiple times ? Bro, your issue isn't how to get out of a car, try figuring out how NOT to find yourself in a sinking/sunk vehicle again and again and again. Figure this out before you find yourself in a sinking/sunk vehicle AGAIN except this time you're knocked unconscious and can't use your doohicky and do yet another hero save and swim your umpteenth rescued person to safety.

Clearly hiding in the backseat and then choking the driver on a bridge.
