Has anyone got this price to work? I tried my EPP account and it told me the "EPP limit was exceeded." I tried the EDU discount instead and it's giving me $359.

Samsung's website is truly the worst. Western Digital is the same. How do these multi-billion dollar companies have the most incompetent web developers? I seriously think they've intentionally designed it this way to prevent some people from getting the best price. It's as inconsistent as the weather.

Edit: LOL now it's back to $399...will try again in a few hours...

BTW, I tried Samsung chat support and it was a complete waste of time. They created a custom cart for me to apply the discount and...it still came out to $399.99. Big surprise.

I had ordered it right when I posted. EDU login now has some weird limitations I think. if you'd ordered same drive in past it won't let you take advantage of edu discount.
