At the moment, Bestbuy has the open-box Lenovo Ideapad Windows Duet 5i available for as low as $354.99 (fair). (Fair and Satisfactory laptops are YMMV since you can only order them when the store has it in stock)
Unlike the typical Bestbuy open-box deals, the one that is in open-box excellent condition is actually available for shipping at $382.99 (You can see that the "add to cart" button is not greyed out from my screenshot). Though, I don't know how many units they have in stock.
The price is pretty decent for a 2-in-1 I would say. Previously, it was a popular deal when it was on sale at $509.99 (new). The main complain for this 2-in-1 seems to be the soldered ram and non-upgradable storage, so it may or may not be a deal breaker for some people.

Someone's been baking in the summer sun too much (or baking with something else! 😳)
Right 😂. All I ask for is an laptop with 5g support.
I have been baking butthurt cupcakes 🧁 this summer and you just received a fresh 30 day supply!

They've become less and less 'popular' (always been limited and increasingly rare).
Super niche. For the very few who work on a construction sight or similar, otherwise never quite understood the appeal, especially with mobile hotspots working flawlessly ( weren't reliable earlier but nowadays they are). Plus, even remote sites are now fitted with WiFi as it's become another indispensable utility like generators and porta pottys.
That's a new one. Do tell! Wtf is a butthurt cupcake????

I haven't been able to find cheap ones with 5G. Cheap being $300 range.
High end surface 9 sq3 or dell XPs 2-in-1 or dell 7430/7440/9440 all expensive. Most deals I see are on eBay with 4G and old ass machines like surface pro 5. I forgot if surface go 3 has 5G but they are not cheap. Go 2 is like $200 with LTE.

I agree but the tethering speeds I get are usually less than half and your limited to like 5gb. I pay $20 for unlimited data (T-Mobile) for my laptop and get 4k video etc…. $20 is dirt cheap for that considering I can take my laptop anywhere and not worry about WiFi. I guess its based on T-Mobile coverage too.

Yeah I used to have an dell latitude 5411 with 4g LTE but the speeds were terrible like 20Mb/s down/up lol. Compared to 5g in this Galaxy Book Pro 360, which gets me almost 500Mb/s down and 100Mb/s up.

They tout it as a feature to be able to detach keyboard and still use it but it's just one more step to remember and avoid battery drain. Toss around in the bag the keys will get pressed and wake the machine up constantly.
I did go to bestbuy to try it in person, it's a small switch so you just have to remember to turn it off. It's similar in size vs. my Surface pro 7 so I don't think I need to upgrade even though it's like 20% faster. Too small for me to get yet another device
