The last time the had this promotion I messaged their customer service about $500 computer purchase I had made the previous week and asked if they would price match the savings. They did a refund of $50. The main takeaway is that they refunded more than the $20 max. Btw my son made a computer purchase about a week before me and I told him about it. He did the same thing and was refunded $59.

Did you email them? Their call back service hasn't worked for over a week now, so it looks like email is the only option.
