Good monitor, picked up the 27" version on prime day for $180, after loading the sdr icm from rtings it's beautiful. Turned off my secondary display because of how poor the colors now look on it 💀

Wanted this deal but missed it. Would prefer a 27" with this resolution.

Unfortunately, 250cd/m^2 won't be great for HDR. A lot of detail loss

Isn't that pretty much the case for most IPS panel including those that are 400 nits?

It's okay for a dim room. Since it's a gaming monitor maybe they assumed they could get away with this. So, in a brighter room, open office, it's going to be frustrating hard to see.

400 is the minimum recommendation for HDR, yes. Otherwise, SDR is advised
