It is a B550m board.
Edit again: It seems like the pictures showed a Gigabyte B450M DS3H board. So either the product page is wrong or maybe they have changed to a newer board.

The PC is upgradable, but you start to lose value unless you already have parts handy. Strictly gaming, the Series X is a better value. It just has no PC utility since it's a console.
