Nothing like 75" of POWER!!!! Especially at this price. People can bicker and complain but if you're old enough to remember rear projection TV's...how far we've come with so little money.

If you want a large TV for a room that you just leave on for back ground content or don't care about top of the line processing you can't go wrong here.

Truth. Too many namby pamby types now a days... Not 8k, no atmos, viewing angle, hdmi, slow processor.... Good lord. Great deal for a 75 inch if you're not a princess.

You nailed it. In practically every single TV thread you'll find someone telling you why you shouldn't get it for one of the reasons you mentioned. Most of them fail to realize that the vast majority of people looking for a TV in this price range couldn't care less about those things and simply want a TV that has a decent picture that they can enjoy. Nobody is expecting an OLED picture at this price point. I also get tired of the "if you just spend $200-500 more you can get XXX". Well maybe $500 is all that person can afford or they want to spend on a TV. The bottom line is this is a very good price on a TV with a decent people that 98% of the population would be happy with.

Bought this TV a few months back. I have a few other TCLs for the last three years and they are still going strong.

With this being my main TV for the family the speakers were a little under powered for me. I added a sound bar and really happy with it now.

Interesting how TVs are one of the few things not affected by inflation. TV prices didn't go up during covid either, there were no big shortages. The house or apartment you own or rent may be expensive, but at least the average person can own a TV this size now. Hard to imagine $500 75" TVs 10 years ago.

75 is way too big for me, but the 65" isn't a bad price @ $368. https://www.walmart.com/ip/TCL-65...hbdg=L1600

Amen. Just a few years ago you'd have to sell your soul to get size + picture quantity.

Similar appliies to photograph. We did decades with 35 mm film and millions of fantastic images. Yeah, the current top consumer bodies and lens are amazing. But half those prices still gives you great hardware relative to 10 or 20 yrs ago.

TCL 4 series. Yuk. 🤮

My bro in law has one. Looks like you're watching thru a dirty window.
His is faulty. I have a 55" and the picture looks great and crystal clear. It's not high end OLED but it has decent picture quality.

Spot on. I paid $1100 delivered about 11 years ago for my 73" Mitsubishi, and at that time, that was considered a good deal.

Still using it, and it has been excellent, but feeling it's finally time to upgrade.
