Nothing like 75" of POWER!!!! Especially at this price. People can bicker and complain but if you're old enough to remember rear projection TV's...how far we've come with so little money.

If you want a large TV for a room that you just leave on for back ground content or don't care about top of the line processing you can't go wrong here.

Truth. Too many namby pamby types now a days... Not 8k, no atmos, viewing angle, hdmi, slow processor.... Good lord. Great deal for a 75 inch if you're not a princess.

You nailed it. In practically every single TV thread you'll find someone telling you why you shouldn't get it for one of the reasons you mentioned. Most of them fail to realize that the vast majority of people looking for a TV in this price range couldn't care less about those things and simply want a TV that has a decent picture that they can enjoy. Nobody is expecting an OLED picture at this price point. I also get tired of the "if you just spend $200-500 more you can get XXX". Well maybe $500 is all that person can afford or they want to spend on a TV. The bottom line is this is a very good price on a TV with a decent people that 98% of the population would be happy with.

Rtings gave the 65 inch model decent ratings. This is definitely a good value for the size and price.

Didn't buy one, but was just looking at this one today at Walmart. It had the best viewing angle and was the brightest on the whole wall of TV's. Better than the LG's and Samsung's that Walmart displays.

Come with free malware and CCP backdoor!
Easy enough to not connect to to the local network. I have TCL's with an AppleTV plugged in and that's it.

I haven't met any smart tv yet that is worth using smart features. Not one.

Most TCL with Roku don't have bluetooth. That is a deal killer with me.
Add USB Bluetooth dongle, et voila! Works well.

TCL 4 series.

My bro in law has one. Looks like you're watching thru a dirty window.
Depends on setup and quality of media you are watching. DVDs won't look great on a 4k TV.

I have a 65", a 55" and two 44" (I think they're 44" anyway). They all work great and Roku is my streaming platform of choice.

Someone mentioned no Bluetooth, I just use the Roku app on my phone with earbuds when I feel the need.

Also doesn't thevroku remote have a headphone jack still ?

Though it eats batteries doing this.

Everything is going to look the same. A 200 nit tv is not hdr.

and tcl s upsampling is abysmal, especially on thier budget tvs.

some of ya'll act like your data has infinite value. Unless you're giving up your SS#, ID, credit card info, bank pins, passwords of hard info, a TV taking your viewing data is harmless. They sell it to advertisers because it's what tech companies do. Apple, your ISP, browser, etc., all take your data in some form. The internet isn't the place to be if you're worried about your data getting sold.
