Starting Jan 1, 2023, CA has a $2000 limit for exemption from sales on bullion. One gold bar is under the tax-exempt limit, and two qualify for no tax. Earlier this limit was $1500 since Jan1, 2009

No tax, free shipping, and 2% back with the exec membership. Another 2% with citi costco card.
40$ under spot instead of paying over spot which usually happens when us peons look to pick up physical gold.
