It works with the find my network on the iphone. Seems to work well.
On Android you have to use it with the eufy app. In my experience adding this tracker to the eufy app caused excessive battery drain. The eufy app was checking my location excessively because that is how it keeps track of the tag. I had to remove the tag from the eufy app it was so bad. Maybe they fixed this with an update by now but I don't feel like checking.
The tracker is very slim and fits comfortably in my wallet. It's about two credit cards in width. It has a loud speaker that you can activate from your phone to find your tracker. It also has a button on the tracker that if you double press will make your phone ring so if you lost your phone but had your wallet you can find it if in Bluetooth range.

If your that worried about security u wouldn't have 99.99% of devices you currently own. Or your naive enough to think because it's not in the news it doesn't effect you.
Your concerned about a tracking device to help u find a wallet yet your ok with your cellphone? Cause if your not then what are we really doing here?
I appreciate your input but saying that's a deal breaker for purchase is just silly with all things considered.
