we have to talk to tmobile first before using the costco kiosk? I only saw phones on display and costco employees not tmobile kiosks. also looks like this is for new add a line only which makes deal non existent

Does Costco automatically send you the cash card? Or do you have to redeem?...becuase I did the free one plus and moto offer (trade in any phone/condition) the guy just said costco was going to mail me 3 $75 cash cards after 90 days..but didn't give me anything to redeem nor asked for my costco card..anyone know if that's how it's done?

Contact us before canceling service to continue remaining bill credits,

And when you contact them to cancel a line they will tell you that the line needs to open to receive bill credits.

So what do we just walk into Costco and tell them there is a free phone if they enter Promo Code P444? Logistically speaking, how would you do this without a whole lot of confusion on the part of the poor Costco employee?

There are four deals on Tmobile's website on the page for the specific phone. When you click the drop-down next to the first deal there are four steps listed, enumerated by magenta numbers. step number two on "how to get this offer" says you have to add a line. So for P444 you have to add a line.

Reps at the kiosk should be able to help you, you can contact Tforce on Twitter if you want to double check with them if you qualify.

Just Google for Costco Kiosk locations, there will be a cost link that lists out all the locations.

I just did the deal yesterday using P444 and upgraded one of my free voice lines. There is another promo code P385 which does require a new line.

Nice, good deal hope it sticks for you. There is a very clear typo on TMobile's website then. Do you see what I'm talking about when I say:
