i got the email regarding trade-in, but the link just go to the my account page.

Does tmobile ship us the box to mail box or do we supply our own packing materials?
Anyway to just bring the trade-in device to a tmobile store? Much easier if i can just do that.
The link should give you the label to print out. If you can't get it, call customer support and they will email you the label.
Yes, you can bring it to a tmobile store but your milage may vary. Most stores suppose to take the tradein but they don't because they are lazy.
If you got a costco tmobile thats even better. However all costcos in my area have gone full ATT only.

My last three phones were Motorola's, including the Ace 5G. Motos have great specs on paper, but poor cameras and issues with signal as well as phone calls plagued mine and two other Ace 5Gs in my household.
