One thing tho is that they didn't ask for my Costco number. (Forgot to ask). I ended up paying using my non-Costco card, so I'm curious as to how they will be able to tie the purchase with my Costco number?
In the past, we always had to submit a request through the website, and it was there that we provided the Costco ID. Am hoping we will be able to do this way again.
BTW, I chatted with someone on the costco t-mobile line. He claims they are matching the costco account by the name and address (??) instead of asking for the costco card number, which is odd. Also, I ended up using my name/CC for the charge, but my wife's name is on the costco card.
Will check back in a few days and then call in to complain if this doesn't show up in the promotion site for me.
Also, will an old flip phone work as a trade in as well or does it have to be a smart phone. I have a couple of old Nokia flip phones.

In the old days, the IMEI used to be printed under the removable battery.
Hope you find your resolution to your issue, but I'm guessing if you already have monthly credits for lines, then those lines will not qualify.

You can research on the tmobile reddit to confirm - it's been asked many times.

So my understanding is the phone doesn't have to power on.
They are offering me 4 free Iphone 13 (with monthly credits) + the $400 offer per line. No trade in required.
Saying that the Moto deal requires 4 trade ins.
$35 activation.
