Is it possible to drop off at the T-Mobile store instead of shipping?
Yes. I just dropped it off at the T-Mobile store. The rep was not happy to do it. But she did it anyways. Also mentioned the camera was broken and they would not accept it. Then she review the terms **Any condition** and accepted it.
Gave me a receipt and that was it.
It seems everything is good and I see the credit in my account.
I called Costco hotline yesterday.
I got shipping notice from UPS. will be deliver tomorrow.

ao Miguel's denied my 4 phones bcs its locked
he also mentioned abt reddit buzz so the phone need to be used in preticular line for 24 months,otherwise loose the credits

they said my cost is $31. wasted 2 hours on 3 calls, the firts rep hung up after 10 mins on the call, the 2nd rep wasted 30 mins when i was about to give my card number she hung up and didnt call me back as promised. the third rep wasn't helpful. bye costco tmobile. i will pay and do it with tmo directly
