The phone line that the Moto phone is associated with (on an EIP plan with 24 monthly credits) must be active for the whole 24 months (so the Moto phone is free). You may use any phone on that phone line. You may use the Moto phone with any T Mobile network line or even not use it and keep it in the sealed box. If you cancel that phone line anytime during this 24-month period, you will be charged for the Moto phone for any remaining credit amount.

2. All my previous promotions for those lines will be CANCELLED. What the heck? I'm on the ONE plan. Thankfully I had other lines eligible with zero previous promos that I used instead.
