Call 833-428-1765 for Costco TMobile and you don't even have to go to the store at all. I did this deal on Sunday.

Process my order via tmobile and paid 82.30 (35 dcc + 47.30 tax).
I have the simple plan.

I rather do this vs costco where they might changed your plan....

I mailed the tradein phone and it got delivered to Texas in 2 days.

I remember during the during Thanksgiving November, USPS would take 3 weeks with so many people doing trade-ins.

I also tried to hand the tradein phone in a store but they wouldn't take it. The IMEI was off by 1 digit because the tmobile system automatically removes the first 0. Weird, hopefully tradein by mail works.

How would they change your plan? I've done this twice at Costco and both times you only ever sign an EIP, no changes in your plan at all.

Interesting. Did not know this. I thought they were still the third party that Costco hires to do their mobile service. Good to know that they're actually employees of T-Mobile AT&t etc

Traded 2 cells on Saturday. Only one cell number shows correctly under device promos. The other upgrade number doesn't show under device promos but both numbers show up on service promos. Should I worry?
