The trade in offer is for any phone, any condition.

The drive is worth the peace of mind. My Costco also an hour+ away had seasoned reps who seemed to know what they were doing. They were quick. There was only one person on line ahead of me on a Saturday afternoon.

All of my lines showing with promotion now, Saturday I placed order with two IMEI devices and two MEID devices, only one device with IMEI showing promtion in EIP on Sunday, Monday check account with PC showing activity all four line enrolled promo on Sunday, Tuesday morning three devices still not showing promotion in EIP, Tuesday afternoon showing Promotion with EIP all lines now, I will start trade in device tomorrow.

I see the EIP but I don't see the promotion, would you share the url of the place you see the promo?

The t-mo associate at Costco warehouse sneaked in the 360 protection to my line without my knowledge which is $13 per month. Good thing I checked my account online and immediately removed it.

My Costco T-Mobile associate did ask me, I refused, so every line he did always skip the protection.

Now I can find in device promos and EIP, I use app, Bill - View device payment plans - phone number, Below of EIP Plan ID and IMEI of new device, It will have "Promotion, Monthly credit remaining, Amount of monthly credit", if doesn't show in your account, just wait for a few more days it will coming up and link together.
