Kiosk associate didn't ask for Costco member number. No $35 activation fee if going through Costco as opposed to T-Mobile 611. Only paid taxes.

For some reason I thought SIM cards were going to be included.
Ordered 2 through this deal for upgrades.
Rep couldn't confirm if $75.00 Costco card was valid, is it automatic or should I see it somewhere on my order?
Also my order email says send back my "only moto edge 2022" for device trade in. Yet I saw him enter my trade in info on screen….
Last, i didn't see any promo verbiage for the upgrades and had to sign the EIP…but no where it's states promo. Will I see this on the T-Mobile website only?
Other than that $44 x 2 isn't bad for a 5G device!

The third phone I traded in shows "only Moto Edge 2022" as well, the rep couldn't find the make or model of the phone but did manually input the IMEI.
The promo does not show up on the EIP, just wait 1-2 business days and check your device promos in your T-Mobile account.
