The trade-in device that I sent 10 days ago wasn't processed at all whereas the one that I sent 6 days back was already processed and got an email this morning stating this:

We reviewed your Samsung SM-N920T Galaxy Note 5 32GB Gold - T-Mobile with serial number xxx and have applied a device trade-in credit to your Equipment Installment Plan.

I guess T-Mobile works on a LIFO mode? lol

I sent in my trade in a week ago and they still havent received it. Tracking says waiting for pickup at the USPS facility for like 3 days now. Should I contact Tmobile or USPS?

Wait another week or 2 weeks. It would be a waste of time to contact usps or tmobile.

So just to confirm this offer is only available to higher end T-Mobile plan customers? Simple Choice plan isn't good for it at either T-Mob or at Costco?

tell the rep imei isnt available. they will generate a random imei # for your trade in phone. since this promo takes any and all phones, they dont care what you send it in. thats what i was told

This deal works for simple choice at both locations. Any plan will work and does not require higher end plans.

Anyone know if the Costco offer for $75 is still available?
I'm wondering the same. Also wondering if it's available only in-store or of your call the Costco mobile 800 number and how you qualify/apply for it.

Anyone able to confirm that works?

Does ordering online directly avoid the ridiculous $35 charge?
